The two cultural and creative fashion events in Monastir and Sfax, Tunisia also included the implementation of a job shadowing programme and mentoring that involved young people at the beginning of their careers in the creative industries.

The activities of intercultural learning and professional development of job shadowing type developed within the international events and festivals included each an interactive programme of five days of training and mentoring in the context and framwork of the international cultural fashion events.

The participants, directly involved in the organization of international fashion events, developed their personal and professional skills in the field of sustainable fashion and the arts of fashion in a structured way through applied theory and experience.
